As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. You represent our company values and bring your real self to work each day.

• You are a people person and use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset. (We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the model.)
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making suggestions that fit their needs.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You are flexible and can handle tasks in Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• You are an innovative problem solver who prioritizes guests’ satisfaction and proactively resolves concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You are a team player who is always willing to assist your team in getting the job done.
• You have integrity, doing the right thing and always following AEO’s policies & procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You have energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• You adore AE and Aerie products.
• You have worked in retail before.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
