jh is seeking a Lead Team Member to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and customer service while handling additional leadership duties. The role requires flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with on-call weekend duties.
Responsibilities include supporting loss prevention efforts, serving as a backup for deposits and paperwork, and assisting with scheduling and Month End procedures, all while maintaining high customer service standards
