The Sales Leader – North America is responsible for building, developing, and supporting a network of independent sales representatives while ensuring strong sales performance and brand representation across all territories.
This role combines leadership with hands‑on execution: driving sales growth, supporting reps, and using our CRM system to ensure transparency and accountability. Sales decisions are data‑driven, informed by market insights and rep input.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new multi‑line commission reps across North America.
- Train and immerse reps in the Extremis brand, values, and product collection.
- Establish clear territory goals and track progress through performance metrics.
- Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Drive new business development in key verticals: contract, hospitality, and residential.
- Collaborate with marketing to activate campaigns, events, and dealer promotions.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports based on market insights and rep input.
- Ensure the CRM system is used optimally for opportunity tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Promote a data‑driven sales culture by maintaining high‑quality data input from all users.
- Act as the primary point of coordination for rep support, providing guidance on customer service processes.
- Visit key accounts and markets regularly to reinforce relationships and identify growth potential.
- Represent Extremis at trade shows, design events, and roadshows across North America.
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience in design, contract furniture, or premium consumer goods.
- Proven success in managing multi‑line rep networks and dealer relationships.
- Strong understanding of the North American contract and design market.
- Skilled in sales forecasting and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 40–50%.
