Sales Development Manager

This is a true hunter SDR role focused on generating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. You’ll be the front end of the sales engine: cold calling, running outreach across Linked In and email, and setting demos that convert into real revenue.

If you enjoy being on the phone, controlling your earnings through activity, and building pipeline from scratch, this role gives you a clear scoreboard and simple math to win.

• High volume cold calling, Linked In outreach, and email campaigns
• Booking product demos and qualifying inbound interest
• Using tools like Seamless AI to identify and engage prospects
• Supporting expansion efforts within existing customer accounts
• Owning your activity metrics and demo goals

• Target of ~20 demos per month
• Consistent outbound activity and pipeline generation
• Clear contribution to revenue growth within your first 6–12 months

• OTE: ~$70,000

• 1–2 years of phone-based sales or SDR experience
• Strong hunter mentality, comfortable with rejection and repetition
• Charismatic, organized, and detail oriented
• Self-motivated and driven by performance based compensation

• Fully remote
