Overview
American Health Plans is an experienced health insurance brokerage contracted with most major companies to provide quality healthcare at affordable prices. As a Medicare Sales Specialist, you’ll present and sell products over the phone and in person, building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through outside sales and telemarketing.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to tailor Medicare solutions that best fit each client’s unique situation.
- Utilize negotiation skills to effectively close sales while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging promotional materials that highlight Medicare offerings.
- Administer sales documentation and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Leverage your bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up‑to‑date information.
- Active Health Insurance License.
- 2 years experience in Medicare Sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient analysis skills to assess client needs and market trends effectively.
