This is a performance‑based role designed for individuals who understand pipeline management, self‑generated prospecting, and consistent closing execution.
About the OpportunityWe provide high‑demand digital marketing services including custom websites, SEO, and digital advertising for local businesses.
Role Economics- Average deal size: $1,000
- Monthly quota: 4 new deals
- 25% average close rate
- Self‑generated pipeline (supported by structured training and outreach systems)
- Recurring revenue model with residual commission
- Building and managing your own prospect pipeline
- Conducting consultative discovery conversations with business owners
- Presenting revenue‑focused digital marketing solutions
- Closing new recurring revenue accounts
- Maintaining disciplined follow‑up and CRM tracking
- Leveraging referrals and expansion opportunities
You will not manage fulfillment. Our in‑house team executes delivery so you can focus on revenue production.
Compensation- Base salary + uncapped residual commission
- First‑year expected earnings: $80,000–$95,000
- Top performers exceed six figures
- Ongoing residual income from retained client billing
