Job Overview
We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Lansing, MI 48906 (On-site).
Job Description- Pay: $20/hr
- Shift will be Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm
- 12-month assignment with potential of conversion based on performance and budget.
- Manages cross-functional sales and production operations, coordinating manufacturing facilities, packaging development, project timelines, costs, and inventory to ensure on-time delivery and target profit margins.
- Serves as the primary liaison between sales, customers, and internal teams, handling daily communication, resolving order, inventory, and project issues, and stepping in for sales/program managers as needed.
- Leads and tracks multiple projects end-to-end, maintaining project data in management systems, communicating specification or schedule changes, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Develops pricing, proposals, and sales support materials, including price proposals, product development support, sales presentations, and promotion or product information.
- Produces and analyzes operational and sales reporting, consolidating daily action summaries, preparing monthly and sales-vs-forecast reports, tracking expenses, and presenting insights to management.
- Strong communicator with the ability to proactively engage stakeholders, present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings, and ensure consistent follow-up and follow-through.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented multitasker with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with experience entering and managing data across multiple software systems.
