Overview

ABS is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Renewable Energy Retail Sales Representatives and Managers to join our team in Canton & Novi, MI. ABS has partnered with one of the largest Renewable Energy companies in the country as well as Home Depot, which is one of the largest retailers in the country for this opportunity. Compensation is performance-based. Successful reps typically earn $1,000–$2,000 per week based on completed appointments.

• Engage customers in retail environments to provide education and promote the benefits of renewable energy solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule interested customers for the outside sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Paid bi-weekly. No cap on earnings. Advancement opportunities available within 60–90 days.

• Experience in retail sales or direct customer engagement is preferable but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers and identify their specific needs.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
