Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts to ensure long-term success.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact, addressing clients' individual needs promptly.
- Propose strategies to enhance sales performance and recognize opportunities for growth.
- Generate new business by leveraging existing and potential customer networks.
- Participate in marketing events, distributing promotional materials as required.
- Set up and dismantle marketing displays when necessary.
- Provide quantitative data to management to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing events.
- Stay informed about BELFOR services, industry trends, and competitor insights.
- Engage actively in key local industry organizations and associations.
- Identify and resolve client concerns to drive overall sales growth.
- Collaborate effectively with local and national operations to enhance customer satisfaction and support the overall success of BELFOR.
- Present and promote BELFOR services to current and prospective clients as directed.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activities.
- Identify and connect with new sales prospects.
- Resolve conflicts and provide effective solutions to clients in a timely manner.
- Supervise Sales and Marketing Representatives to facilitate sales increases.
- Report on account status and transaction details regularly.
- Set and monitor sales account targets aligned with company goals.
- Track sales metrics including quarterly results and annual forecasts.
- Work collaboratively with local and national teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Effectively work under time constraints to meet deadlines.
- Participate in BELFOR-sponsored operations and safety training as required.
