Job Summary
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses focusing primarily on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities. Create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure an optimal solution for the customer. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets while staying abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
CoreResponsibilities
- Develop local business partnerships and enhance Comcast’s positioning and brand within the territory.
- Create and deliver persuasive face‑to‑face sales presentations.
- Promote bundled products to ensure customers receive the most effective solution.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Consult with prospects to improve their communication effectiveness and identify opportunity areas.
- Manage a high‑activity territory with a comprehensive business plan to achieve and exceed monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support teams to ensure end‑to‑end customer satisfaction and drive new revenue growth.
- Maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects that yields consistent production above the defined quota.
- Stay current with Comcast product knowledge and market developments to facilitate effective sales efforts.
- Adhere to all company standards, business professionalism, and attendance expectations.
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B internet, video, and voice solutions sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a territory‑based environment.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and consultative selling skills.
- Adaptability, resilience, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Technical knowledge relevant to communications products (PRI, PBX, broadband).
- Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational and workplace collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; extensive relevant coursework and professional experience may also be considered.
CompensationBase Pay: $55,000.00
Targeted Total Compensation: $55,024.03, which includes commission and bonus opportunities for surpassing sales targets.
