Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Lansing that are seeking Inside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer segment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on manufacturing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales quotes and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
