Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive to manage approximately 30+ regional health system accounts within a geographical region, responsible for prospecting, selling, and retaining. The role involves cultivating customer relationships with C‑level decision makers, leveraging software and consulting sales experience in healthcare, and achieving and exceeding quota over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage approximately 30+ regional health system accounts, including prospecting, selling, and retaining.
  • Successfully cultivate customer relationships and position value/benefits with C‑level decision makers.
  • Leverage experience in software and consulting sales with a healthcare and software background to consistently achieve and exceed quota.
  • Plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and other duties while respecting budget guidelines.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of all clients’ ongoing short‑ and long‑term initiatives, success metrics, issues, and challenges.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 7years of sales experience.
  • Minimum 5years of combined healthcare sales and service experience.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and CRM forecasting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5–7years of direct sales experience in high‑technology healthcare, including revenue‑cycle solutions.
  • Experience selling and delivering complex, high‑value ($750K+) technology solutions across multiple hospital departments, including contract negotiation and closing aligned with margin expectations.
  • Ability to engage and communicate with executive‑level stakeholders, develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and maintain regular interaction with client executives.
  • Client‑focused approach with experience building trusted advisor partnerships and providing ongoing diagnostic services (workflow, system, and operational analysis).
  • Knowledge of healthcare market dynamics and ability to educate clients on industry trends, clinical and economic regulations, and align client needs with solution roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated professional attributes such as initiative, innovation, continuous learning, self‑direction, urgency, results orientation, and disciplined work ethic.
Work Location

Central Region – Remote. Ideal candidate will reside in the Midwest region (Michigan/Ohio/Indiana). Travel may include up to 50%. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

Compensation

The expected compensation range is $182,000 – $250,250, comprising base pay and variable incentive pay. Additional benefits include medical, dental & vision, HSA, FSA, disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, and retirement benefits.
