Job Overview
Hybrid role based in Western Michigan (Grand Rapids Area). Fleet vehicle provided.
Responsibilities- Act as a representative to the customer's organization, building relationships in local, regional, and national markets.
- Manage and promptly resolve customer concerns, recording interactions per corporate procedures.
- Verify product installations and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Sell technical products and services, train clients on specifications and program requirements, and communicate program changes.
- Develop strategies to drive increased savings acquisition and prepare sales forecasts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, determine solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain current accounts and develop new accounts for medium‑size kWh goals across programs.
- Act as the local on‑site program and company representative to customers and contractors, encouraging participation and overcoming barriers.
- Design and deliver proposals, documenting interactions to adhere to program requirements.
- Provide input and status updates to program staff.
- Travel within a defined territory, covering both low and high‑tier client impact.
- 2–3 years of relevant industry experience;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Relevant industry certifications may substitute for work experience.
- Salary: $59,500.00–$89,200.00 USD (range may vary based on experience).
- Target compensation: $62,000–$72,000 based on experience; no commission.
