Account Manager role at a leading Ag company. Drive territory sales growth, build and manage dealer & grower relationships, sell seed + Yield Master Solutions (biologicals/crop enhancements), provide product positioning and agronomic support, and lead a local “team approach” (agronomy + sales alignment).
ResponsibilitiesDrive territory sales growth
Build and manage dealer & grower relationships (think farm dealers and retails)
Sell seed + Yield Master Solutions (biologicals/crop enhancements)
Provide product positioning and agronomic support
Lead local “team approach” (agronomy + sales alignment)
Agronomy degree/experience of either work or internships
Sales/ Relationship building skills
Retail background or Seed background
Must be comfortable with seed and crop enhancements
