About

The Role (Job Summary)

The Sales Executive, New Business is responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Momentim Rx solutions, with an initial focus on Loop Rx and future offerings. This role owns the entire sales cycle
, from prospecting through close, and plays a critical role in expanding Momentim Rx’s footprint across pharmacy, health system, and enterprise customers.

This is an individual contributor sales role suited for a motivated seller who thrives on hunting new business, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding quota goals. The role partners closely with Sales Operations, Product, Implementation, and Contracting teams to ensure seamless deal execution and customer onboarding.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Sales Execution
  • Identify, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities for Momentim Rx solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, pricing, contracting, and close.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales quota and performance targets.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to growth priorities.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to support revenue goals.
  • Accurately manage opportunity data, forecasts, and sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Follow established sales processes, controls, and reporting standards.
Customer Engagement
  • Engage pharmacy, health system, and enterprise stakeholders to understand operational needs and challenges.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to identify where Momentim Rx solutions deliver measurable value.
  • Effectively communicate product value propositions to decision-makers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Product, Implementation, and Contracting teams to progress deals and onboard new customers.
  • Ensure clean handoffs, documentation, and alignment at contract execution.
  • Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence internally.
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and
  • Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience, including: 2+ years of B2B sales experience with direct quota responsibility; demonstrated success closing net-new business; experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Preferred Skills / Experience
  • Experience selling into healthcare, pharmacy, or health system markets
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, or subscription-based solutions
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, compliance, or related workflows
Travel / Work Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to approximately 50% as business needs require
  • This position does not require unique physical exertion beyond standard office and travel activities
Compensation & Additional Information
  • Individual contributor role
  • Compensation includes base salary plus incentive compensation tied to sales performance
