We’re a founder-led company building a total workforce management solution, and we’re looking for a sales leader who knows how to create momentum, open doors, and win meaningful business.

This isn’t a “maintain the pipeline” role. We want someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and energized by building relationships, creating opportunities from scratch, and helping shape the next stage of growth.

You’ll work directly with leadership, influence strategy, and play a key role in expanding our market presence through digital selling and trade events.

What You’ll Do
  • Close mid-market and enterprise deals in complex sales environments
  • Build trusted relationships with executives and decision-makers
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, partnerships, and strategic selling
  • Expand and grow existing accounts by identifying long-term value opportunities
  • Utilize Hub Spot and other best-fit tools to build, manage, and accelerate a healthy sales pipeline. Bring your own judgment and critical thinking on what tools best drive efficiency and results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and operations to drive growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with labor management directly or selling to those in a labor management position such as HR and Operations, specifically in the retail and hospitality industries
  • Proven history of success in sales, business development, or account growth
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to connect quickly with decision-makers
  • Ability to understand labor challenges and how to solve them
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who identifies opportunities others miss
  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology, staffing/workforce solutions, or other high-growth industries
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable using/testing cutting-edge tools to help drive pipeline growth and sales activity
  • Collaborative team player who works well across departments to move opportunities forward

Position is Base Salary + Commission.
