Job SummaryWe’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales Department. This position is responsible for overseeing sales operations across the Midwest & Canada. The ideal candidate will reside in Detroit or Grand Rapids, Michigan area to ensure strong regional coverage and customer engagement.
Working Schedule8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, 100% Remote
SalaryStarting at $112,000
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Meet annual regional sales goal and provide an action plan for territory not meeting goals.
- Manage travel and expenses to operate within budget.
- Prepare regional annual forecast on a timely, accurate basis.
- Supervise and support Sales Representatives, including tracking key measures of productivity.
- Manage Sales Representative territories and overall coverage of region.
- Makes customer visits and travels, as necessary, efficiently and economically.
- Represent ESPEC to regional customers in a professional manner.
- Provide information to the GM of Customer Relations and the Inside Sales Team.
- Maintain strong product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate customer database.
- Maintain regional office and equipment in a professional manner.
- Organize and support regional shows and expositions.
- Review and send quotations for custom/customized products to the customer/rep.
- Work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Extensive travel may be required.
This job is responsible for supervising all Sales Reps in assigned region.
