Position: Sales Head - North America EdTech / iGETIT

We are seeking a senior, hands‑on Sales Leader to own, build, and scale the North America business for iGETIT, our engineering‑focused EdTech SaaS platform.

This is a high‑impact, player‑coach role combining direct revenue ownership with the responsibility to build and lead a high‑performing B2B sales organisation.

Key Responsibilities Revenue Ownership & Growth
  • Full ownership of North America revenue, with annual targets in the USD 5–10M range
  • Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing enterprise accounts
  • Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with CXOs, Engineering, L&D, and Procurement leaders
  • Build a disciplined and scalable pipeline to deliver predictable growth
  • Personally lead strategic enterprise deals, including large and multi‑year contracts
  • Balance new business development with account expansion
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across platform, content, and services
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to drive renewals and value realisation
Team Building & Scaling
  • Build and scale the North America sales organisation (enterprise sales, customer success, and partner‑led channels)
  • Hire, coach, and manage high‑performing sales talent
  • Establish strong sales cadence, governance, and accountability
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with global account teams managing shared enterprise clients
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align execution
  • Ensure North America GTM strategy aligns with broader iGETIT business objectives
Forecasting & Governance
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting via Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
  • Ensure adherence to pricing, approvals, and contracting processes
Market & Strategic Input
  • Represent iGETIT externally with customers and partners across North America
  • Provide market insights to support product, pricing, and GTM strategy
  • Participate in industry forums and executive engagements
Experience & Qualifications Mandatory
  • 15+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS, platforms, EdTech, or engineering domains)
  • Proven track record of scaling a business or region
  • Strong background across both hunting and farming sales models
  • Experience operating within global, matrixed organisations
Preferred
  • Michigan based / at least 3 days in the office onsite
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North America
  • Experience in long, consultative enterprise sales cycles
  • Prior experience building teams in a growth environment
  • Enterprise deal structuring and negotiation
  • Strategic account planning
  • Data‑driven pipeline management and forecasting
  • Executive presence and stakeholder influence
  • Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
