Job Overview
The Account Executive, Business Team Sales role at T‑Mobile is designed for ambitious, results‑driven sales professionals who are passionate about building stellar customer relationships and bringing T‑Mobile's products and services to underserved markets. This hunter role involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring new accounts with small businesses (1‑9 employees). The position offers a pathway to advance to the next level Account Executive, Business Sales role.
Job Responsibilities- Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management; participate in product training and sales meetings.
- Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
- Utilize sales force automation, manage sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Preferred)
- Outside B2B sales experience (Preferred)
Skills and Abilities
- Strong task management and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment (Required)
- Excellent customer service experience with attention to detail (Required)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required)
- Effective negotiation and closing skills, including emotional intelligence and problem solving (Required)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
