Job Summary
The Wholesale Lending Account Executive is responsible for solicitation of new business, development of marketing materials, and recommending approval of new brokers to Wholesale Regional Managers. Account Executives maintain existing relationships with wholesale broker production sources. They are self-sufficient decision makers, work independently and cohesively, foster a team environment, maintain approachability, troubleshoot with customers and Dart Bank departments, and contribute to Dart Bank being an industry leader.
Job Duties- Reviews daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline activity including lock expirations and maintains acceptable performance metrics as determined by Sales leadership.
- Assists with developing a prospective B2B client pipeline for Regional Managers.
- Develops tactical strategies and sales disciplines to maximize production opportunity within designated territory and provides market intelligence, production forecasts, and marketing/business plans.
- Engages with client and prospective client databases through multiple channels including phone, email, direct marketing, and social media tools.
- Conducts group presentations over phone/video to promote Dart Bank Value Proposition and present our process, product, and technology platforms.
- Manages relationships of approved accounts with a focus on account activity, wallet share, and market‑share metrics.
- Provides excellent service through follow‑up and guidance to broker partners.
- Drives improvements/efficiencies with clients, shares ideas and best practices for success, and serves as a peer mentor when called upon.
- Serves as a subject‑matter expert on Dart’s underwriting guidelines, program guidelines, lending policies, procedures, products, and technology as well as regulatory compliance through training, industry publications, and lending bulletins.
- Communicates and develops and maintains strong positive relationships across all departments, fostering cohesive working relationships with Operations/Fulfillment Team Members and escalating issues to Client Services and appropriate operations management as required.
- Uses prescribed CRM metrics to improve outbound sales actions to produce expected results; gathers data and updates CRM systems accordingly.
- Adheres to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Performs additional related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.

Qualifications Education- Minimum education requirement:
College degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge while working in a fast‑paced team environment.

- Detail‑oriented, organized, and disciplined.

- Demonstrates computer proficiency and ability to learn and navigate various software systems and applications efficiently.
- 5+ years of recent mortgage operations experience in mortgage client services.
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience as an Account Manager or equivalent role.
- Proficient with the mortgage loan process and programs.
- Experience with Encompass and TPO Connect is preferred.
- Experience with in the wholesale market is preferred.
- Proven production history and established broker base.
- Strong knowledge in "A" Paper.
- Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs.
