Inside Sales Pro - Manufacturing & Accounts

Surge Staffing is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative in Lansing, Michigan. This role is centered on providing excellent customer service, managing accounts, and processing orders efficiently. You will be responsible for high-volume customer interaction and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective production and delivery.

Ideal candidates will have previous inside sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred.
