We are looking for a high-energy, metric-driven Strategic Sales Representative based in the Ann Arbor or Lansing area. You will be responsible for hunting within our largest pool of accounts—specifically targeting photographers. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role focused on activity, speed-to-close, and net new revenue growth.
What You Will Work On- Execute High-Volume Outreach:
Maintain a relentless daily rhythm of 50 outbound calls to active customers, new sign-ups, and non-customers. - Pipeline Creation:
Identify and develop opportunities within our 5,000+ account pool to achieve aggressive monthly targets. - Closing Velocity:
Manage a short sales cycle, moving prospects quickly from initial contact to active scanning status. - Master the Value Prop:
Articulate how Cubi Casa’s products saves photographers time and increases their margins, even for lower-volume users. - Data Integrity:
Utilize CRM and performance trackers to ensure 100% accuracy inactivity reporting and pipeline visibility.
- Performance Mindset:
You thrive in a metric-focused environment where success is measured by daily output. - Local & Present:
You are located in the Ann Arbor/Lansing area and value a collaborative, in-office culture (4 days/week). - Strong Communicator:
You are persuasive on the phone and can build rapport with small business owners quickly. - Coachability:
You want to learn, practice, and review call recordings to constantly improve your closing ratio.
- Daily Target: 50 Outbound calls per day.
- Success Metrics:
Pipeline creation, speed to close, and total net new revenue.
- Compensation:
