CompensationUpon completing the interview process to the offer stage, we discuss a tailored compensation package. Candidates may submit a proposed structure for base salary and performance incentives aligned with skills and sales targets.
ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for driving territory growth, developing strategic customer relationships, expanding market share, and achieving sales objectives through a consultative, engineering‑focused sales approach. Success will be measured through revenue growth, new business development, customer retention, distributor engagement, and the successful conversion of opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets and accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, machine builders, integrators, distributors, and end users.
- Conduct application reviews and provide technical guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, customer service, and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and utilize Hub Spot CRM to manage customer engagement.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Support distributor development, training, and market expansion initiatives throughout the region.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers requiring solutions for harsh, high‑cycle, precision, washdown, or demanding industrial environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, application engineering, industrial automation, motion control, or related industrial market.
- Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and grow territory sales.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical applications and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, including frequent overnight travel.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air.
- Experience with linear motion, motion control, automation, robotics, machine design, or related technologies.
- Experience working with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, or industrial distributors.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and territory management practices.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial automation applications.
