Job Overview

Senior Key Account Manager – Bosch Mobility Aftermarket. Responsible for customer relationship management, account strategy, and contract implementation, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support tool development and release processes.
  • Research, identify, and develop collaborative customer relationships.
  • Formulate sales strategy aligned with the sales plan using market and competitor knowledge; identify unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, solutions, and distribution channels to increase sales.
  • Develop and present solutions to customer decision makers.
  • Forecast, track, and record sales activities to meet or exceed targets.
  • Track and report global revenue sharing with customers.
  • Lead contract amendments and/or renewals internally and with customers.
  • Support customer service in resolving dealer issues locally and globally.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the customer e‑commerce platform.
  • Support new dealer account setup and account changes.
  • Analyze and evaluate complex customer requirements independently.
  • Collaborate with internal product and service owners to deliver features, functions, and specifications aligned with customer needs.
  • Assist in global product launches and customer initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related account or project management experience.
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects, initiatives, and issues within established due dates; experience leading global, cross‑functional teams preferred.
  • Experience working with technical and/or complex solutions preferred.
  • Ability to develop a winning strategy that solves customer concerns.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives.
  • Excellent presentation skills; deliver professional content passionately.
  • Flexibility to meet changing business and customer demands.
  • Typical travel – 25%, may increase as needed.
  • Must be within a commutable distance to the facility; relocation support not offered.
  • Eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship.
  • Not eligible for internal VA/VN international assignment.
