Route Service Sales Representative

Job Summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative (RSSR) in the Rental Division to manage and grow customer accounts through field service. The RSSR travels a set route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental items, while building rapport with key decision makers, ensuring quality standards, and proactively resolving customer concerns.

• Drive a regulated vehicle (10,000+ lbs) along an established route.
• Deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental products.
• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers, maintaining relationships with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards are met and address customer concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory levels.
• Work professionally, safely, and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations.
• Work 4 days per week with no weekend shifts.

• Active driver’s license and at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification (or provincial equivalent) for driving a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Documentation of prior employment.
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and teamwork drive.
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
