Growing national home-improvement company is hiring an entry-level Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Michigan outside sales team. You'll report directly to the VP of Sales, keep our field reps equipped and organized, and learn how a real sales operation runs from the inside. No prior sales experience required. We'll train you. This is a role based in Shelby Twp MI, paying $55,000–$60,000 per year with a clear path to grow as the company grows.

What you'll do
  • Support the Detroit Metro outside sales team: organize appointments, keep sales materials and tools current, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Track and report on sales activity, lead flow, close rates, and pipeline health
  • Maintain accurate data in our CRM and scheduling systems
  • Handle the daily operational rhythm: scheduling, follow-up, and reporting
  • Work directly with the VP of Sales on sales operations, training, and performance projects
Must-have qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and coachable
Nice to have
  • Coursework or internship in business, marketing, analytics, or communications
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
  • Interest in a long-term sales or operations career
