As an Agent in Training
, you'll develop the skills needed to become a successful insurance professional while helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. You'll work alongside an experienced team, build lasting client relationships, and gain valuable sales and business experience every step of the way.

• Receive hands-on training, mentorship, and coaching from an experienced Farmers Insurance agency.

• Learn the sales, customer service, and business skills needed to build a successful insurance career.

• Access industry-leading tools, technology, and the support of the nationally recognized Farmers Insurance brand.

• Explore a clear pathway for career advancement, including leadership opportunities and the potential to own your own Farmers agency through the Protege Program.

• Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.

• Learn to identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.

• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.

• Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale to build long-term client relationships.

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to develop your skills.

• Participate in ongoing product, sales, and industry training.

• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships.

• Collaborate with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Coachability and a desire to grow both personally and professionally.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to obtain or maintain a Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance License.

• Bilingual skills are a plus!
