This is a rare combo role: part inside sales, part right hand to the owner, part the glue that holds the day together. If you love talking to people and you're the friend everyone trusts to plan things, you'll feel right at home here.

• Own reservations and bookings — confirm details and keep every event accurate in our system (Go High Level )
• Answer incoming calls promptly, warmly, and professionally — you're often a client's first impression of us
• Run the email inbox — respond to inquiries fast and follow up with clients so nothing slips through the cracks
• Grow the sale — spot the upsell, book the bigger group, and earn commission for it
• Be the owner's right hand — day-to-day administrative and executive support
• Help with light HR — new-hire paperwork, scheduling, and employee records
• Deliver goodies and drop-offs to prospective clients — a little face-to-face charm goes a long way
• Jump in wherever we need you — especially during events, where the energy is high and the whole team wins together

You might be our person if you…

• Genuinely enjoy talking to people and making them feel taken care of
• Are relentlessly detail-oriented — you catch the thing everyone else misses
• Stay organized and calm when a dozen things are happening at once
• Follow through — when you say you'll handle it, it gets handled
• Communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and on the phone
• Are comfortable with (or quick to learn) CRM and scheduling tools
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local drop-offs

A plus: experience in sales, administration, hospitality, events, or front desk

• $18–$22/hour, based on experience
• 2–5% commission on upsells and groups you sell — your effort shows up in your paycheck
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9–5 (occasional event support outside those hours)
• 2 weeks paid time off
• IRA with company match
• $150/month toward health insurance
