My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our team in West Lansing, MI. In this role you will coach, develop, and manage a team delivering outstanding customer service and strong sales results.

• Salary Range: $36,337.00 - $61,337.00 (Base + Commission/Year)

• Achieve location goals by coaching and developing team members to meet company‑established Key Performance Indicators.
• Maintain location staffing through employee retention, recruiting, and team member training and development.

• Establish business accounts in partnership with the AT&T Signature team during community events outside the store.

• Uphold the stability and reputation of the location by complying with legal requirements.

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (required), preferably in the wireless industry.
• 1 year retail or customer‑facing sales experience (required).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (required).
• Bilingual (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Retail or customer‑facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US, and have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).

The physical demands described here represent the requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job. The position requires standing and walking for most of the time, moving around frequently, and occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds. Frequent reaching with hands and arms, climbing ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and fine handling of display materials and merchandise may be required.

Dexterity and the ability to work with small parts in mobile phones and to focus on a computer screen for prolonged periods are also required.
