Fiber Sales Consultant – Outside Sales

Chipr is growing fast in Lansing and hiring reps who already know how to sell and want to get paid for it. You'll offer fiber internet from carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Surf, working residential areas across the Lansing market and closing homeowners face-to-face. If you've sold anything face-to-face, telecom, solar, retail, cars, gym memberships, pest control, or similar your experience translates here.

Day to Day

• Work residential areas around Lansing
• Present fiber plans, speeds, and current promotions, then close
• Deliver on your monthly numbers
• Keep every sale and touchpoint updated in the tracking system
• Take part in daily, weekly, and monthly training

The Pay
This is a performance-based position where your income is tied directly to what you close, so top producers earn accordingly. The full breakdown of commissions, qualifications, and payout timing is covered in your interview, so everything's clear before you start.
