Sr. Sustainability Sales Executive | Midwest Territory
Our client is hiring a Sr. Sustainability Sales Executive with a global leader in energy, infrastructure, and sustainability solutions
.
This is a field-based hunter role selling multi-million-dollar projects into municipalities, K-12, universities, healthcare, sports, and government organizations.
Location:Michigan, Nebraska, Arkansas, or Oklahoma.
Highlights:- Base + uncapped commission
- $250K+ OTE
, with $400K+ upside - 100-day customized training program
- 6% 401(k) match, stock options, and vehicle support
- Own net-new business development across public-sector accounts
- Build relationships with C-suite executives, Mayors, Superintendents, Boards, and government leaders
- Prospect through outreach, networking, community engagement, and conferences
- Manage complex 12+ month sales cycles from prospecting through close
- Lead presentations, workshops, proposals, and internal project teams
- 5-7+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into the public sector
- Experience managing 12+ month complex sales cycles
- Strong consultative selling and executive presentation skills
