Prior employment in law enforcement or relevant military experience is required for consideration. Other applicants may be rejected.

This position is designed for highly professional operators with experience providing high quality armed security for government and corporate leaders. Assignments may include VIP protection and escort, supplemental security during high‑risk events, private investigations, and high‑value asset protection. This position demands excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and sound judgement. Etiquette and protocol training is strongly recommended for this role.

Experience in providing personal protection services in high pressure environments is strongly desired.

This is an armed position and requires close familiarity and experience with carrying a concealed firearm.

Rate of Pay: $30/hour

Classification:
Part-Time On-Call (Ad-hoc)

Uniform:
Varies based on assignment. (plain‑clothes, blazer and tie, etc.)

• Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a current and valid MI CPL or be authorized to carry a concealed weapon under LEOSA.
• Must hold a current valid motor vehicle operator license.
• Must not have had 3 or more moving violations in a 3-year period, or 2 or more at‑fault accidents in a 3-year period.
• Must have proof of completing at least a high school level education.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of owning, maintaining, and safely handling a firearm, and making choices that are in the best interest of the client, the public, themselves, and the Company.
• Must own a well‑maintained magazine fed pistol (not a revolver) from a reputable brand chambered for either 9mm or .40 caliber rounds.
• Must own a Level 2 or higher concealable holster for said firearm.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, navigate stairs, crouch, kneel, and run short distances for the duration of the assignment.
• Must be able to see and hear clearly, including in crowded and loud environments.
• Must maintain situational awareness at all times while on duty.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write clearly in the English language.
• Must be capable of using fingers to manipulate tools, radios, and other small objects and equipment.
• Must pass a psychological evaluation.
• Must exhibit calm, professional, and sound judgement at all times.
• Must adhere to strict professional standards for personal hygiene, grooming, and appearance.
