** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, credential checks, and visitor management processes to help support authorized access and report unusual or unauthorized activity.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, entrances, and perimeter points to help identify security-related concerns, hazards, and/or access issues.

+ Assist with screening, badging, and directional support while maintaining professional interactions and following post orders related to restricted and public areas.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
