Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help control authorized access, verify credentials, and/or document visitor and contractor activity in accordance with post instructions;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and/or contacting appropriate personnel when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response;
Support healthcare location operations by assisting with lobby and access point coverage, providing directions, and/or completing detailed reports related to incidents, access activity, and daily post responsibilities
