Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific access control procedures, visitor protocols, and applicable emergency response activities;
Monitor entrances, exits, badge access points, and visitor check-in processes to support authorized access;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with attention to access points, restricted areas, and other sensitive spaces;
Assist with documenting visitor activity, credential issues, deliveries, and/or unusual events, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
