Job Summary
:
The Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician will perform proper diagnosis of any malfunctioning machinery, general repairs, installing new equipment and systems, and preventative maintenance program on all assigned machinery.

- Follow good housekeeping practices by keeping maintenance and tool storage area neat and clean as well as timely cleanup of work area after each job is completed
- Install new equipment or rearrange existing equipment
- Is available on call for emergency repairs as needed to keep plant in good running order
- Maintain preventative maintenance records and perform preventative maintenance on plant and road equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred:
- Instrument, Controls and Mechanical Maintenance Experience
- Electrical panel board experience
- Motor Controls experience
- Positive displacements pump repair experience
- Trade school experience for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or mechanical repair is highly desired
Required
- High School Diploma, G.E.D.
- Minimum of 1 year of Instrument and Controls, OR mechanical repair and maintenance work experience
Preferred:
- At least 1 year of Electrical install, repair, and maintenance work experience to include electronic troubleshooting, PLC programming, and 480V 3 Phase electrical repair and maintenance experience
- Electrical Certification
- Mechanical / Rotating Equipment Maintenance and training
- Ability and willingness to perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing, working at elevated heights, and manual dexterity
- Ability and willingness to work in range of environments to include but not limited to industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities
