Join our team this summer and help transform commercial buildings through renovation projects! We’re looking for hardworking Construction Laborers to perform demolition, cleanup, and material handling on active commercial sites.

• Demolition tasks
  :
  Remove walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, and mechanical systems.
• Material disposal
  :
  Carry, load, and place debris into dumpsters.
• Site cleanup
  :
  Sweep, shovel, and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
• Safety compliance
  :
  Wear steel toe boots and follow all safety rules.
• Team support
  :
  Work under site leads and forepersons to complete tasks on schedule.

• Physical strength
  :
  Lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Stamina
  :
  Stand and walk for the full work shift.
• Tool use
  :
  Experience with shovels, brooms, and other basic tools.
• Comfort working in hot, physically demanding environments.
• Previous construction or demolition experience is a plus.

• Active commercial construction sites, primarily school renovations.
• Typical hours:
  Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• Steel toe boots required.

This is a Contract position based out of Lansing, MI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
