Electrical Assembler
Job DescriptionThe Electrical Assembler is responsible for performing wiring, electrical assembly, and installation tasks that support automotive manufacturing and custom vehicle builds. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret technical documentation, and hands‑on experience working with electrical components, harnesses, and wiring systems.
Responsibilities- Electrical Wiring — Assemble, route, and secure wiring systems for automotive applications, ensuring proper connections, continuity, and compliance with specifications.
- Blueprint Reading — Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and work instructions to perform accurate builds and installations.
- Wire Harness Assembly — Build, crimp, terminate, and test wire harnesses, cables, and connectors according to engineering requirements.
- Component Installation — Install electrical components such as relays, sensors, switches, control modules, and lighting systems.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
