Part-Time Restaurant Maintenance Tech job responsibilities
- Install and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical work
- Complete limited HVAC tasks
- Handle light carpentry and paint touch-up
- Repair flooring as needed
- Supervise outside contractors
- Advise restaurant management on maintenance priorities
- Basic plumbing skills
- Basic electrical wiring (120/208V; single and 3-phase)
- Equipment diagnosis and repair
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Valid driver's license required
