Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a career in the skilled trades while learning from experienced HVAC professionals.

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems while developing the technical skills needed to advance within the industry. Our apprentices take pride in learning the trade, working safely, and representing the company professionally on every project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist HVAC technicians and installers with residential and commercial projects
  • Learn proper installation techniques for heating and cooling systems
  • Help maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization
  • Load and unload materials for daily projects
  • Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
  • Participate in company training and development programs
  • Maintain accurate job documentation as directed
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working on customer sites
What We're Looking For
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work safely
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum age of 18 required
  • HVAC trade school experience is a plus but not required
