A Field Service Technician will work on customer sites performing installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls to support retail customers across assigned territories.

• Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 to $19.00 depending on location and experience levels
• Overtime available at time and a half
• 7 paid holidays and 6 paid floating holidays
• Paid vacation – up to 80 hours during the first year

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance work, and system overhauls.

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Prepared for prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work including morning, afternoon, and evening start times with some holidays.
• Capacity to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs unassisted, up to 150 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects repetitively.
• Willingness to be trained on and operate small‑scale scissor lifts in retail environments for service or replacement of networking equipment.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.
