Field Service Technician – Mancelona, MI

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers in the Mancelona area. This hands‑on, mobile role involves:

• Traveling to customer sites in a company‑provided service truck
• Diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment and vehicles
• Performing inspections and preventive maintenance
• Keeping accurate maintenance records
• Working independently and managing your schedule efficiently

• 2-5 years’ experience repairing heavy‑duty vehicles or equipment
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and welding (acetylene and arc)
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues on‑site
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel locally and work independently
• CDL Class A or ability to obtain one
• Bonus:
