What You'll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, trailers and commercial equipment.
• Perform high quality work in the following areas: suspension, brakes, steering, wheel ends, alignments, wheel seals, wiring, kingpins.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols in the shop and on the job site.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.
• Increase repeat business by gaining the trust and confidence of customers through high quality, timely work and by honoring customer commitments.

What You Bring:

• Relatively clean driving record (specifically within the past three years)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and diagnostic tools.
• Proven experience as a heavy-duty mechanic or related field.
• Strong work ethic, who is willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
