The client is a licensed electrical contractor and licensed builder. They design, sell, install and service solar & battery systems for residential, commercial, agricultural, non-profit, and municipal customers.

• Valid Master Electrician License issued by the State of Michigan.
• Experience developing and managing electrical crews.
• Leader to provide a foundation to our electrical staff the ideal candidate has a mature office presence
• Experience in 120-600v AC electrical systems, Solar, and Storage installation experience, and is interested in investing in other careers.
• Must be fluent in reading/auditing 3-line diagrams for installations.
• Must be willing to work with others and lead with conviction.

• No carrying or lifting of Solar Panels.
• No overnight travel.
• 50/50 office/field.
• Oversee Journeymen, Apprentices, and others.
