Location and TravelPrimary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined market. Work includes on‑site installation, repairs, and startup of HVAC systems in commercial environments.

- Coordinate with team leader, project manager, and customer to understand requirements for on‑site installation and repairs.
- Serve as direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems on site.
- Use software, hand tools, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
- Accept overtime, weekends and occasional overnight stays as business requires.
- Maintain safety standards and secure company assets.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school or formal training preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld computers.
- Valid driver’s license minimum 12 months, clean driving record.
- EPA Certification.
- Capable of safe vehicle operation, wearing safety gear, twisting up to 90°, squatting, reaching over head, standing up to 4 hours.
- Regularly lift 10–40 lbs., occasionally more. Use ladders up to 375 lbs. Total weight limit 50 lbs. for carried equipment.
- Operate in confined areas as small as 30" x 45" and on rooftops up to 20’, occasionally 50’+.
- Exposed to variable weather, moving mechanical parts, etc.
Hourly: $23.80 – $43.85. No incentive or commission. Safety‑Sensitive role.
