Join the award‑winning team at Superior Services R.S.H., Inc., Michigan’s #1 Duro-Last roofing installer, as a Field Superintendent to lead commercial roofing crews in the field.
This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing PVC and TPO flat roofing installations. If you’ve worked as a foreman or lead installer on single‑ply systems and you’re ready to level up, we want to talk.
No overnight travel. All work is in Michigan.
Not an office job — you’ll be out in the field daily.
What You’ll Do- Supervise field crews on commercial roofing installations
- Ensure safety compliance, production efficiency, and workmanship quality
- Coordinate with office staff, sales team, and vendors for smooth job execution
- Conduct pre-job meetings and daily progress check-ins
- Monitor material usage, site logistics, and crew performance
- Use mobile tools to document job progress and communication
- 3+ years of experience with commercial PVC or TPO single‑ply roofing
- Experience as a crew foreman, field supervisor, or similar lead role
- Solid understanding of flat roof system installation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record required
Applicants without single‑ply roofing experience will not be considered

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $65,000 to $85,000 per year
Schedule: Day Shift, Monday through Friday
Work Location: On the Road, Based out of our Lansing, MI headquarters
