Cisco Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial Door Technician in Lansing, MI. This position would report to our Door & Gate division located in Muskegon (2210 Roberts St, Muskegon, MI)

Full Time, 1st-Shift | Monday – Friday | Overtime and Weekends Availability Required
* Compensation starts at $25+, negotiable depending on experience

About Our Field Service Technicians:

Our Door Technicians travel to customer locations, using a company van/truck, to provide the on-site client installations, repairs, and maintenance of all brands of sectional doors, rolling doors, and entry doors.

Qualifications:
  • Have a Valid Driver’s License in Good Standing
  • Possess a Strong Technical /Mechanical Aptitude
  • 3+ years of Experience in Commercial and/or Residential Door Service
  • Proficient with Hand and Power Tools
  • Have Good Customer Relations Skills with Clear and Concise Language Skills
  • Enjoy being part of a Team, but can Work Independently
  • Utilize Technology such as a Laptop or Tablet
Responsibilities:
  • Service, Maintenance, Repair, and Installation on Commercial Doors
  • Troubleshoot Door Equipment, Mechanisms, Mechanical and Electrical Systems
  • Knowledge of Gate Access Systems
  • Coordinate with Parts and Service Department Daily
  • Complete Work Orders in a Timely Manner
  • Follow All Safety Procedures within Cisco Inc’s Guidelines
  • Perform any Other Duties as Assigned
