Residential Heating & Cooling HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a residential HVAC technician with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The candidate should possess strong customer service and communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to produce neat, clean, and tidy work. The role requires quick, efficient, and organized performance, a positive attitude, and a team‑oriented, energetic, goal‑oriented, optimistic mindset.

• Minimum of 1 year residential HVAC experience
• Skills in customer service, communication, and mechanical aptitude
• Produce clean, organized work
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Physical ability to climb in and out of box trucks, lift over 75 lbs, and work in extreme temperatures
• Live within 45 minutes of Lansing and be willing to travel to other areas as needed
• Pass state of Michigan and national background and drug test; clean driving record and current driver’s license; visible tattoos must be covered

Up to $75,000 annually.
