Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality and facility management industry, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join their maintenance department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

Mobile Maintenance Technician

Manistee, MI

• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• Perform maintenance on kitchen equipment such as meat grinders, cubers, meat saws, and slicers.
• Conduct minor plumbing repairs and maintain lighting systems including bulbs and ballasts.
• Complete Fuel Center UST inspections and dispenser maintenance.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment like scanners, printers, scales, networks, and UPS systems.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• At least one (1) year of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes.
