Flooring Installation Subcontractor Opportunity

We are seeking skilled and dependable flooring installation subcontractors to join our team. This opportunity focuses on flooring installation within multifamily residential environments. The ideal subcontractor will be experienced in a variety of flooring applications and have a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, professionalism, and customer service.
Responsibilities- Install a variety of flooring materials in multifamily properties, including carpet and pad, glue down carpet, LVT, vinyl sheet flooring, and other resilient flooring products.
- Remove existing flooring and prepare surfaces as needed.
- Measure and properly install flooring according to manufacturer specifications.
- Complete installations with attention to detail and quality.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Complete projects within agreed-upon timelines.
- Communicate professionally with property managers, residents, and our team.
- Identify and communicate any subfloor or installation issues before or during installation.
- Utilize our scheduling program.
- Ensure completed work meets Premiere Property Services' quality standards.
- Previous professional flooring installation experience required.
- Experience working in multifamily/apartment properties is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in carpet, LVT, vinyl, and other common flooring installations.
- Reliable transportation and the necessary tools/equipment for the work.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Professional, dependable, and respectful when working in occupied communities.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
